Top Five Vegetables
5. Spinach
4. Beets
3. Corn
2. Onions
1. Potatoes
Bonus: cucumbers - while vile alone yield Pickles

Top Five Fruits
5. Apples
4. Pineapple
3. Strawberries
2. Lemons
1. Watermelon
Bonus: tomatoes, avocados - would be top three in either category, but I'm not sure if they really count as a fruit, so they're getting the wild card

Top Five Disney Movies

5. Robin Hood
4. The Little Mermaid
3. Aladdin
2. The Lion King
1. Beauty and the Beast
Bonus: Hercules - better music than Robin Hood, but lacking real character development and too polarizing to make the top five

The Worst Among Them

3. Kiwis
2. Tarzan
1. Microwavable peas
Bonus: Dreamworks animation

No to: beets, Robin Hood, Hercules and your dislike of microwaveable peas.

Should be on this list: Green beans, asparagus, artichoke, Sleeping Beauty, raspberries

amy: think of all the potato varieties. and seriously, bring beets into your heart, they are a wonder. as for the black cauldron, that is such a weak movie i do not even want to go into it (i'm sure lloyd alexander doesn't either).

jamie: BEETS RULE, for the second time. robin hood has great clownish villains and a sexy love story. hercules has the best music ever and "a star is born" is a supreme workout jam. MICROWAVABLE PEAS ARE THE WORST. ceded that green beans, asparagus, artichokes, and raspberries rule and are all in my top ten (notably "hericotes vertes," the sexy foreign exchange student green bean). sleeping beauty has awesome animation but only one song, thus rendering it not a true contender.

I like kiwis -- the fruit, the flightless bird, and the good citizens of New Zealand. Don't you have room in your heart for any of those?

Man, this is one controversial list!

glaring omissions: avocado, 101 dalmations

frankie: don't like flight of the conchords.

zan: CEDED on avocados; forgot them from list, please come get an avocado milkshake brunch with me soon (frankie you know how that goes). however not ceded on 101, falls in same category of sleeping beauty as far as "great animation, not enough songs."

101 bernese mountain dogs, would be a different story.
