A really boring music video - even for a chandelier fan such as myself - and who are these people? - but I had forgotten about this song until this weekend, and it seems like Pinkerton ages American Beauty-style, which is to say, partially. Not as well as Rilo Kiley holds.

yeah, his whole sexuality makes me sort of depressed and uncomfortable. i read a rolling stone interview with him a few years ago where he discussed his dark past where he would "often have orgies with two or three asian fans at a time" (forget exact wording but something to that extent). i've mentioned this before but i see demetri martin as the truly next logical extension of rivers cuomo. forever youthful looking yet shockingly old, cheesy seemingly innocuous sensibilities that attract self-conscious teenage girls, but obviously a deeply perverse dark streak lies underneath that will take advantage of aforementioned naive fangirls.
