Update: Tried corn dog 6/26/08 at Coney Island Nathan's (thanks for the bite, Jason). Strong B+/A-.

want to put this out there, but i have tried most of the things on your list, and i have food-phobias. remind me to take you to this senegalese restaurant, its incredible.
I had a deep-fried Mars Bar at A Salt & Battery a few years ago. I don't recommend it on behalf of your health, but I do recommend it on behalf of the pun.
