Were health and money and time not an issue, every morning at breakfast in addition to some sort of grain-y warm thing to eat, I would arrange coffee (black with a tiny bit of sugar), orange juice (fresh, semi-pulpy), a Bloody Mary (spicy, with olives/mini-pickles), and water (icy) in a semi-circle and consume them, very slowly, rotating sips; reading a book or talking to friends about the previous night.
